In autumn 2023, Bosch sought to recognize and motivate
its dedicated employees with a meaningful and lasting
initiative. This led to the creation of Kudos Cards — digital
appreciation cards designed to foster a culture of recognition
and encouragement. Since late 2023, Bosch employees
have been able to send e-cards to colleagues via email,
strengthening team spirit and long-term motivation.
The initiative has been widely embraced and implemented
across multiple Bosch locations all over the world.

For an upcoming tour across Canada, I was
commissioned to design the official tour posters for the
emerging indie artists Marissa Burwell and Deer Anna.
The design was then adapted for a wide range of print
and digital formats, ensuring a cohesive visual presence
across social media and promotional materials.

In early 2024, Bosch set out to make a bold statement
at CES — a trade show known as “the most powerful tech
event in the world.” For the first time, the company launched a
dedicated campaign to announce its presence and showcase
its innovations. This included an electrifying OOH concept and
a short commercial. The campaign marked a new chapter in
Bosch’s event marketing and was met with an overwhelmingly
positive response from the CES attendees.

After successfully pitching for the grand opening of the
Westfield shopping center in Hamburg, we had the honor
of leading the communications for this project in Hamburg.
Over the course of almost two years, our tasks included
digital and print asset creation, web design, merchandising,
screen design, branding, illustration, concept development
and art direction. The shopping center finally opened on
April 8, 2025, and an estimated 60,000 people attended
the grand opening.

My interest in the aesthetic aspects of life began at an
early age. From the age of 5 to 16, I attended art classes
alongside school, until I transferred to a high school
specializing in multimedia and design, where I graduated
with the Abitur. At the age of 18, I started my own business
in illustration and design, which I continued until I began
my apprenticeship as a graphic designer at Jung von Matt.
I was able to shorten my apprenticeship and completed it
within two years with a grade of 1.8. I have now been working
as a junior art director at Jung von Matt for two years.
After work I'm: Crowdsurfing & starting the pit.
Thriving in sunlight. A lover of arts & crafts. Learning ballet.
Gaming with friends. Sketching outside. Listening to true
crime podcasts. And guessing fonts on restaurant menus.

STORYBOARD Jule Donner
As part of the new campaign “Unsere Energie Bewegt
Was” for EnBW, an energy provider for electricity, gas and
electromobility, storyboards and sideshot drawings had to
be created in preparation for the shoot and photo shoot.
These largely determined the visual direction that the
photographer took. Storyboards were also created for the
key visuals, but for the sake of clarity, these are not listed.

The Prosthetics Center Kyiv Berlin is a voluntary aid
project supporting individuals who have lost limbs due to
the Russian attack on Ukraine. In the future, the center
aims to help injured people travel to Berlin for medical care
and receive fitted prostheses. As part of the initiative,
a logo design competition was held, inviting children to
submit their drawings. The project task was to optimize the
winning children's drawing for use as a professional logo
and develop the corporate design around it.

Homely is an app designed to make life easier for
DIY enthusiasts who aren’t sure which tools they
need for a particular task. It offers pre-assembled
kits tailored to various activities like building,
painting, potting, drilling, and lighting, among others.
Each toolkit is fully customizable, allowing users to
adjust the selection based on the tools they already
own, ensuring they get exactly what they need without
unnecessary extras.
The visual approach is centered around hand-drawn
illustrations, emphasizing the self-made aspect and
making the experience feel more personal.
A light theme with bright colors is used to create an
inviting atmosphere, helping customers feel that new,
potentially intimidating tasks can be enjoyable.
All illustrations are created by me.
The chosen font is Archivo in Medium and Black.
